Jehovah God is Immutable.  He does not change. Aaron will keep silent.  He has Nadab and Abihu carried away to outside the camp?  Does what He command that He will not die and He may not become wrathful against all the congregation?  Aaron and his sons Eleazar and Ithamar did according to the WORD of Moses.  Do not drink wine or strong drink when that they come in the sanctuary that they may not die.  Make a distinction between holy and the profane, and between the clean and the unclean. Teach the sons of Israel all the statutes, which He has spoken to us through Moses.  The wave offering will be a thing perpetually due Aaron and his sons with him, just as He has commanded Moses was angry with Aaron’s surviving sons Eleazar and Ithamar. He will never be made to change.

Jehovah God is Omnipotent.  He can do anything. He makes the priesthood.  He puts it into their hearts to do.  He makes Moses to consecrate them and do what He wants to be done.  He makes it happen.  He has it written down for me.  He is all-powerful.

Jehovah God is Omniscient.  He knows everything. He knows His guilt offering and His sin offering and His grain offering and His burnt offering and His ordination offering and His peace offerings.  He knows what they mean to the sons of Israel and to the sons of Aaron.  He knows what they mean to Him.  He wants to accept us and this is a way for us to be accepted before Him.  He knows His future.  He knows my future.  He is all-knowing.

Omnipotent- You can do anything. You make the sin offering for sins committed unintentionally.  You put it into their hearts to follow it.  You make it happen.  Sin must really stink and You cove it over and make a soothing aroma to You.  You are all-powerful.

Leviticus Chapter 1

Natural Attributes

Omniscient – You know everything. You know for man to bring You an offering to the tent of meeting.  You know Your burnt offering.  You know what this means.  You know the future and what will happen.  You know this is a ritual.  This is a ritual to You.  You know that if they do this ritual then you will accept them.  You know it is a life for a life.  You are all-knowing.

Omnipotent- You can do anything. You put it into their heart to follow Your burnt offering ritual.  You make it possible to be accepted before You.  You make it a copy of Your heavenly throne before You.  You are all-powerful.

Omnipresent – You are in the tent of meeting with Abraham Moses.  You are in the midst of Israel.  You are in the sons of Israel’s hearts.  You are here with me and in my heart.  You are all-present.

Eternal – You are the cause of time.  You are the first month of the second year since they exited Egypt.  You are time.

Immutable – Your burnt offering ritual will be followed.  You do not change and You will never be made to change.

Self – Existent – You exist by Yourself.  You do not need burnt offerings in order to exist.  You make up the ritual for Israel to do before You.

Self-Sufficient – You do not need any of Your creation to bring about Your will or Your purpose.  You choose to use the burnt offerings for them to present before You because it is Your good pleasure, not Your need, that governs Your choice.  Why do You accept burnt offerings?

Infinite – There are no limits or bounds to Your person or dominion.  You make up Your burnt offering ritual and You enforce it.

Transcendent – You are apart from Your creation.  You teach them how to offer to You burnt sacrifice.  You teach them how to offer to You burnt sacrifice.  You teach them how to kill innocent animals in ritual killings to offer to You.  Instead of their own life, they sacrifice a bull or goat or sheep or turtledove or young pigeon.  The person making the offering is to put his hand o the heard of the sacrifice and slay the sacrifice himself.  Why does he have to do this?  To feel the heard?  To feel the life?  To know he died for You?

Sovereign – It is You who gives sacrifices to be made before You.  You show Israel how to be accepted.  A burnt offering by fire is a soothing aroma to You.  You can smell.  You are in complete control and You are doing Your foreknown plan!

Moral Attributes

Holy – You are a morally excellent, perfect being.  You separate burnt offerings for Your purpose.

Gracious – You show Israel Your favor by showing them how to be accepted before You.

Righteous – You are always right.  You teach Israel burnt offerings are the right way.

Longsuffering - You are patient with the sons of Israel and slow to anger.

Loving – You love Israel to give Yourself as a sacrifice to them/me to be able to be accepted before You.  You also give them animas in place of themselves.

Good – Your burnt offerings are a way to show them their imperfections and to remind them of their sins.

Wise – Sacrifices are a life for a life.  Blood is the same blood for everything with blood.  Blood for blood to You.

Merciful – You show compassion for Israel by feeling their sorrow they can never be accepted and helping them to be accepted before You.

Just – You require life for life.  Sin is death.  You punish all unrighteousness and reward all righteousness.

Truthful – What You say is reality.  Burnt offerings are truth.

Faithful – You always do what You say.  You give Israel animals in place of themselves.  Abraham’s son Isaac was going to be a burnt offering by You gave him a ram to offer to You instead.  You do to Israel as You did to Abraham.

Wrathful – You will destroy all unrighteousness.

Jealous – You will not share Israel who is rightly and morally Yours with any creature.

Incomprehensible – why was the one making the offering to put his hand on the head of the sacrifice and slay the sacrifice himself?  What does that mean?  What do Your burnt offerings mean?  Beheading in Iraq, are they sacrifices to You?  If the bodies were burned, it would be burnt sacrifices to You for Israel.  For Israel, it is to be accepted before You.  Is it a soothing aroma to You?  For You what does it mean?  Is it for food for You?  It is pleasing to You.  What am I missing?  How does this relate to me?  What do I need to know?  Why do you have the sons of Israel bring You offerings from the herd or the flock?  Are only men accepted before You?  Can only men make atonement for himself?

A man brings a burnt offering.  He lays his hand on the head of the burnt offering.  He has to slay the young bull before You.  He has to skin it (that is disgusting Jehovah My God) and cut it into its pieces.  He has to wash the entrails and its legs with water.

The priests offer up the blood and sprinkle the blood around on the altar that is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.  They put fire on the altar and arrange wood on the fire.  They arrange the pieces, the head, and the suet over the wood, which is on the fire that is on the altar.  They offer up in smoke all of it on the altar for a burnt offering to You.

Why is is a soothing aroma to You?  Is it like on the grill?

Why is the ritual different for sheep and goats?  Why is it different for turtledoves and young pigeons?  Why do You have this ritual?  I know that it is foreknowledge looking to Your Son Jesus as our sacrifice to You for atonement of our sins.  This is a ritual.  Isn’t there a danger of rituals?
