You are Omniscient. You know about the layers of the thick clouds, the wonders of one perfect in knowledge. O Jehovah, You have searched me and known me. You do know when I sit down and when I rise up; You do understand my thought from afar. You do scrutinize my path and my lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways. Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Jehovah, You do know it all. You have enclosed me behind and before, and laid Your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is too high, I cannot attain to it. You know all.
You are Omnipotent. You know and I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted. By Jesus the Word of You the heavens were made, and by the breath of Your mouth all their host. You gather the waters of the sea together as a heap; You lay up the deeps in storehouses. Let all the earth fear Jehovah; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of You. For You spoke, and it was done; You commanded, and it stood fast. You possess all power.
You are Omnipotent. It is You who knows the time the mountain goats give girth. It is You who observes the calving of the deer. It is You who counts the months they fulfill and knows the time they give birth. They kneel down, they bring forth their young, they get rid of their labor pains. Their offspring becomes strong, they grow up in the open field; they leave and do not return to the. It is You whose ends out the wild donkey free and who looses the bonds of the swift donkey, to who You give the wilderness for a home, and the salt land for his dwelling place. He scorns the tumult of the city, the shoutings of the driver he does not hear. He explores the mountains for his pasture, and he searches after every green thing. It is You who the wild ox consents to serve me, and he spends the night in my manger. It is You that allows me to bind the wild ox in a furrow with ropes and he harrows the valleys after me. It is You who allows me to trust him because his strength is great and leaves my labor to him. It is You who allows me to have faith in him that he will return my grain, and gather it from my threshing floor.

You are Omnipresent. The eyes of You Jehovah are in every place, watching the evil and the good. You are a God who is near and not a God far off. A man cannot hide himself in hiding places, You do see him. You fill the heavens and the earth. You are present everywhere, in all the universe, at all times, in the totality of Your character.
You are Eternal. Indeed, You lift up Your hand to heaven, and say, as You live forever. You are the Alpha and the Omega who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty. You are the high and exalted One who lives forever, whose name is Holy. You dwell on a high and holy place, and also with the contrite and lowly of spirit in order to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. You have no beginning and no end. You are not confined to the finiteness of time or to man’s reckoning of time. You are, in fact, the cause of time.
You are Immutable. Of old You did found the earth; and the heavens are the work of Your hands. Even they will perish, but You do endure; and all of them will wear out like a garment; like clothing You will change them, and they will be changed. But You are the same, and Your years will not come to an end. For You, Jehovah, do not change; therefore, we, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed. And Your Son Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever. You are the same in Your nature, Your character, and Your will. You never change, and You can never be made to change.
You are Incomprehensible. Can I discover the depths of God? Can I discover the limits of the Almighty? Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are Your judgments and unfathomable Your ways! Because You are God, You are beyond the understanding of man. Your ways, character, and acts are higher than man’s. Man only understands as You choose to reveal Yourself, Your ways, or Your purposes.
You are Self-Sufficient. Hear, O Your people, and You will speak; O Israel, You will testify against us; You are God, my God. You do not reprove me for my sacrifices, and my burnt offerings are continually before You. You shall take no young bull out of my house, nor male goats out of my folds. For every beast of the forest is Yours, the cattle on a thousand hills. You know every bird of the mountains, and everything that moves in the field is Yours. If You were hungry, You would not tell me; for the world is Yours and all it contains. You who made the world and all things in it, since You are Lord of heaven and earth, do not dwell in temples made with hands; neither are You served by human hands, as though You needed anything. For from You and through You and to You are all things. To You be the glory forever. Amen. Within Yourself, You are able to act, that is, to bring about Your will without any assistance. Although You may choose to use assistance it is Your good pleasure, not Your need, that governs that choice.
You are Self-Existent. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. Al things came into being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. You are who You are. For just as the Father has life in Yourself, even so You gave to the Son also to have life in Himself. You depend upon nothing for Your existence beyond Yourself.
You are Infinite. But will You indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the highest heaven cannot contain You, how much less this house which which Jesus had built! Great is Jehovah, and highly to be praised; and Your greatness is unsearchable. You have no limits or bounds whatsoever in Your person or dominion. You do whatever You want, whenever and to whoever You want. You are limitless.
You are Transcendent. I am Your witness, and Your servant whom You have chosen, in order that I may know and believe You, and understand that You are He. Before You there was no God formed, and there will be none after You. For Your thoughts are not my thoughts, neither are my ways Your ways, for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are Your ways higher than my ways, and Your thoughts than my thoughts. You are above Your creation, and You would exist if there were no creation. Your existence is totally apart from Your creatures or creation.
You are Sovereign. You have established Your throne in the heavens; and Your sovereignty rules over all. I raise my eyes toward heaven, and my reason returns to me, and I bless the Most High and praise and honor You who lives forever; for Your dominion is an everlasting dominion, and Your Kingdom endures from generation to generation. And all the inhabitants of the earth are accounted as nothing, and You do according to Your will in the host of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can ward off Your hand or say to You, ‘What have You done?’ You it is who reduces rulers to nothing, who makes the judges of the earth meaningless. Remember this, and be assured; recall it to mind us transgressors. Remember the former things long past, for You are God, and there is no other; You are God, and there is no one like You, declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things which have not been done. Your purpose will be established. You will accomplish all Your good pleasure; calling a bird of prey from the east, the man of Your purpose from a far country. Truly You have spoken; truly You will bring it to pass. You have planned it, surely You will do it. You are totally, supremely, and preeminently over all Your creation. There is not a person or thing that has escaped Your control or foreknown plan!
