Numbers Chapter 9
Omniscient – You know everything. You know why Your Passover instructions are in the same chapter as Your set out instructions. You know what they are to do. You know their heart. You know my heart. You know me. You are all-knowing. You know already if I pass or fail those tests and why You have put it into my heart to take them. You know if I will fail. I must pass it then or why would You have me go? You know the sons O Israel will fail, so why do You have them go?
Omnipotent- You can do anything. You put it into their hearts to follow You. You put the knowledge in their hearts and in their minds. You put it into my heart and in my mind. You give me knowledge about You and Your heavenly throne. You are the cloud. You have them remain camped and You have them set out. You lead them. You lead me. You can’t just come and go. You won’t let me fall. That is trust. You are all-powerful.
Omnipresent – You are everywhere. You are in the wilderness of Sinai. You are in the cloud. You are in the midst of the sons of Israel. You are here with me. You are in my heart. You are all-present.
Eternal – You are the cause of time. You are in the first month of the second year after they had come out of Egypt, about 3,350 years ago. You are the appointed time. You are the evening and the morning, one day. You are in the daytime and at night. You are two days or a month or a year. You are now and forever. You are time.
Immutable – You do not change. Moses (Jesus) told the sons of Israel to observe the Passover. And they observed the Passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, in the wilderness of Sinai, according to all that You commanded Moses (Jesus). There were some men who were unclean because of the dead person, so that they could not observe the Passover on that day. They came before Modes (Jesus) and Aaron (Gabriel?) on that day. An alien sojourns among you and observes the Passover to You he will do according to the statute of the Passover and according to its ordinance. The cloud was continuously. You will never be made to change.
Self – Existent – You exist by Yourself. You do not need any of Your creation in order to exist. It is Your creation who needs You to exist for us to exist. You choose. You decide. You make the Passover exist and You make Your cloud to exist. You make up my existence. You make Your Word’s existence.
Self-Sufficient – You do not need any of Your creation to bring about Your will or Your purpose. You choose to use Your Passover and Your cloud and me because it is Your good pleasure, not Your need, that governs Your choice.
Infinite – There are no limits or bounds to Your person or dominion. You are generations and forever and ever. You have no limits or bounds.
Sovereign – You are the cloud. You passed over the doorposts with blood. You pass over the sons of Israel. Your cloud is over the tabernacle and leads the sons of Israel. You have given me Your Word. You are in complete control and You are doing Your foreknown plan!
Holy – My LORD, how do I do both? Your holy objects can’t be touched, does that include humans or just heavenly things? Is the cloud covering the sons of Israel that the destroyer will pass over them? The cloud covers the tabernacle? You are the cloud.
Gracious – You show the sons of Israel Your favor by being their God, giving them Your work of the service of the tent of meeting. That is all they have to do.
Merciful – You show the sons of Israel Your compassion by holding them and leading them. They do not have to worry about where they are going. They know that when they get there it will be a land flowing with mild and honey.
Righteous – You are always right. Your Passover and Your cloud are all right ways.
Longsuffering –You are patient with me and slow to anger. Thank-You so much for waiting for me and I am sorry for being slow.
Just – You punish the guilty, cover sin, and reward the righteous.
Loving – You love the sons of Israel and give them what they need. You take care of them.
Good – You have them observe the Passover and follow the cloud. You lead them.
Wise – Your wisdom causes You to do things You do. There is wisdom in observing the Passover and following the cloud and know when to set out.
Truthful – You always speak the truth. Your Passover is reality. Who and when and how are truth.
Faithful – You always do what You promise. You lead them and are their God and they are Your people.
Jealous – You will not share the sons of Israel or Your Passover or Your cloud what are rightly and morally Yours with any other creature.
