Isaiah 14:3 – resting places
Dear Jehovah God,
“And said, ‘God declares, “By Myself I swear: Because you did this thing, and did not withhold your son, your only one.”’”
Isaiah 14:3 – resting places
And it in in the day when You Jehovah gives us rest from our pain and turmoil and harsh service in which we are enslaved.
Ezra 9:8, 9; Isaiah 11:10; 40:2; Jeremiah 30:10; 46:27 – rest
But now for a brief moment grace is shown from You Jehovah our God, to leave us an escape remnant and to give us a peg in Your holy place, that our God may enlighten our eyes and grant us a little reviving in our bondage. For we are slaves; yet in our bondage our God does not forsake us, but extends lovingkindness to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give us reviving to raise up the house of our God, to restore its ruins and to give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem.
Then in this day the nations resort to the root of Jesse, who stands as a signal for the peoples; and His resting place is glorious.
Speak kindly to Jerusalem; and call out to her, that her warfare ends, that her iniquity is removed, that she receives of Your hand double for all her sins.
Fear not, O Jacob Your servant, and do not be dismayed, O Israel, Jehovah; for behold, You save us from afar and our offspring from the land of their captivity. And Jacob returns and is quiet and at ease, and no one makes him afraid.
But as for us, O Jacob Your servant, do not fear, nor be dismayed, O Israel! For, see, You are going to save us from afar, and our descendants from the land of their captivity; and Jacob returns and is undisturbed and secure, with no one making him tremble.
Intention of the prayer: rest.
And it in in the day when You Jehovah gives YFA rest from YFA’ pain and turmoil and harsh service in which enslaves YFA. But now for a moment grace is from You Jehovah YFA’ God, to leave YFA an escape remnant and to give YFA a peg in Your holy place, that YFA’ God may enlighten YFA’ eyes and grant YFA a little reviving in YFA’ bondage. For YFA are slaves; yet in YFA bondage YFA’ God does not forsake YFA, but extends lovingkindness to YFA in the sight of the kings of Persia, to give YFA reviving to raise up the house of YFA’ God Jehovah, to restore its ruins and to give YFA a wall in Judah, Your Remnant, and Jerusalem. Then in this day the nations resort to the root of Jesse, YWYS, who stands as a standard for the peoples; and His resting place is glory. Speak to the heart of Jerusalem; and call out to her, that her hard service ends, that her penalty of iniquity accepted in paid off, that she receives of Your hand double for all her sins. Fear not, O Jacob Your servant, and do not dismay, O Israel, both humans and angels, Jehovah; for behold, You save YFA from afar and YFA’ seed from the land of their captivity. And Jacob returns and is quiet and at ease, and no one makes him afraid. But as for YFA, O Jacob Your servant, do not fear, nor dismay, O Israel, both humans and angels! For, see, You are going to save YFA from afar, and YFA’ descendants from the land of their captivity; and Jacob returns and is undisturbed and secure, with no one making tremble.
You are Omnipotent. The ostriches’ wings flap joyously with the pinion and plumage of love, for she abandons her eggs to the earth and warms them in the dust, and she forgets that a foot may crush them, and that a wild beast may trample them. She treats her young cruelly, as if they were not hers; though her labor be in vain, she is unconcerned; because God has made her forget wisdom, and has not given her a share of understanding. When she lifts herself on high, she laughs at the horse and his rider. I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted. By the WORD of Your Jehovah the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host. He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deeps in storehouses. Let all the earth fear You Jehovah; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of You. You, Jehovah God, possess all power.
You are Holy. I shall be holy, for You Jehovah my God are holy. Therefore, listen to me, we men of understanding. Far be it from You God Jehovah to do wickedness, and from the Almighty to do wrong. Our Redeemer, Jehovah of hosts is Your name, the Holy One of Israel. You are the high and exalted One who lives forever whose name is Holy. You dwell on a high and holy place, and also with the contrite and lowly of spirit in order to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite. You Jehovah God are a morally excellent perfect being. You are totally other than man! You are purity of being in every aspect.
You are Jehovah God, Jehovah the One and Only!
