Dear Jehovah God,

Isaiah 24:10 – city forsaken
The city of chaos is broken down; every house is shut up so that none may enter.
Isaiah 34:11 – city of chaos
But pelican and hedgehog possesses it, and owl and raven dwell in it; and You stretch over it the line of desolation and the plumb line of emptiness.
Isaiah 23:1 – every house
The oracle concerning Tyre. Wail, O ships of Tarshish, for Tyre is destroyed, without house or harbor. It is reported to them from the land of Cyprus.
Intention of this prayer: city of chaos, and every house.
The city of chaos breaks down; every house shuts up so that none may enter. But owl or jackdaw and hedgehog possesses it, and great horned owl and raven dwell in it; and You stretch over it the line of formlessness and the stones of void.
The burden of Tyre. Wail, O ships of Tarshish, for destroyed, without house, entering. It reports to them from the land of Kittim.
You are Omnipotent. It is by Your understanding that the hawk soars, stretching his wings toward the south. It is at Your command that the eagle mounts up and makes his nest on high. On the cliff he dwells and lodges, upon the rocky crag, an inaccessible place. From there he spies out food; his eyes see it from afar. His young ones also suck up blood; and where the slain are, there is he. I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted. By the WORD of Your Jehovah the heavens were made, and by the breath of His mouth all their host. He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deeps in storehouses. Let all the earth fear You Jehovah; let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of You. You, Jehovah God, possess all power.
You are Longsuffering. You Jehovah are slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but You will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generations. The Lord, YWYS, is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward us, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. You, Jehovah God, are patient. Your righteous anger is slow to be kindled against those who fail to listen to Your warnings or obey Your instructions. Your eternal longing for the highest good for Your creation holds back Your justice.
You are Jehovah God, Jehovah the One and Only!
